Angul, Odisha: Adarsha International School celebrated Annual day On 2nd April Wednesday In School Campus in a spirit of harmony and joy.The formal program commenced with a soulful prayer song by the choir followed by the School Anthem.
The program commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp by the esteemed guests, setting the tone for an evening of excitement and entertainment.
The Principal, Mr Surendra Kumar Bhoi, welcomed the gathering and presented the Annual Report comprising of the Achievements, Accolades by school / educators, events, celebrations and the important initiatives taken up by the school.
The event was honored by the presence of several distinguished personalities, including Sri Dharnidhaar Nath, Ex-President of the Board of Secondary Education; Sri Sebak Charan Das, Ex-Principal of Adarsh International School; Bhakti Prasad Das, Former Chairman of Angul Municipality; and Sri Santanu Kumar Sar, Ex-Principal of Angul Autonomous College.
The school’s management committee, including Chairman Mr. Mahesh Chandra Dhal, Vice Chairman Mrs. Aryasuta Dhal, Director Mr. Prakash Chandra Dhal, Deputy Director Sri Avani Kant Sarangi, and Principal Sri Surendra Kumar Bhoi, were also present on the occasion.
The Annual Day celebration was a testament to the school’s commitment to providing a platform for its students to showcase their talents and skills. The event was a resounding success, and the school extends its heartfelt gratitude to all the guests, parents, and students who made it possible.
The annual function of Adarsh International School reached its crescendo with a special award ceremony, where rank holders and achiever students were felicitated by the esteemed guests.
Adarsh International School received immense appreciation for its clarity of mission and vision, particularly in regards to the changes in the education system and the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP).
The Chief Guest along with the dignitaries honored the school/subject toppers of the previous academic year. He appreciated the efforts put forth as he applauded the prize winners and the school for the phenomenal growth in a short span of time.
This was followed by the Cultural Extravaganza based on the theme – Seasons, bringing out the significance of each season and the values that it taught .It was a riot of colorful costumes, melodious music and vibrant dances and meaningful theater presentation.
The program culminated with a heartfelt vote of thanks, delivered by Mrs. Pooja Pathak, expressing gratitude to the guests, parents, students, and everyone present in the arena for making the event a memorable one.”
