Human Chain formed to mark Vigilance Awareness Week

Debates and essay writing competitions organised in 24 schools and colleges

In an attempt to spread awareness on the values of integrity, a human chain was formed by students of Industrial Training Institute, Talcher on Oct 31, 2019. Over 750 students participated in the human chain formation which was organized by NTPC Talcher Kaniha. The main aim of this initiative was to bring the message of Vigilance Awareness Week amongst all and emphasize the significance of integrity and morals in public life.

Under the Vigilance Awareness Week 2019, NTPC Talcher Kaniha organized multiple debates ,posters and essay writing competitions in various schools and colleges in Talcher city and village schools of Kaniha. The themes of the competitions highlighted the significance of integrity in our nation’s development and democracy and its importance in life. The competitions witnessed active large participation by students in 24 schools and colleges. 

In addition to above, group discussion among senior officials ,preventative vigilance workshop and vendor meet etc were organised under Vigilance Awareness Week.
