NTPC Talcher Kaniha organises various CSR programme under its education initiatives.In this regard, Umbrellas were distributed at Gadasila UP School on Friday in presence of Shri Ramesh Babu V., Executive Director ,NTPC Kaniha and Head of HR, Shri K. S. Sarma on Friday.Interacting with students during the distribution programme, Shri Ramesh Babu advised students to study hard to get their dreams fulfilled. He said “who knows one day they all can be the Guest of Honours in such programme”.On the occasion, he interacted with GEM students of the school who have recently participated in the GEM Workshop organised by the power station. He wished all the success to the students for their bright future ahead.The distribution intended to restrict the student absenteeism during extreme rainy and summer days. Around 200 umbrellas were distributed among the students.Shri Manas Pati, Headmaster , Shri Jakir Khan, DGM(HR), Shri A. K. Das , Senior Manager(HR), Shri Bhismadev Nayak, Sub-Officer(HR), Mrs. Jyotsnarani Pradhan, Jr. Officer(HR-CSR) and Shri Prasant Kumar Swain, CSR-Coordinator  were also present on this occasion.
