Regional Executive Director ,ER II Sanjeev Kishore visited Talcher Kaniha -NTPC’s second largest power station on July 19-20,2019.During two days visit programme , Shri Kishore made a review of Shared Service of Finance and Contract and Materials in presence of Shri Ramesh Babu V ,Executive Director ,NTPC Kaniha ,Shri Sudip Nag,Chief General Manager ,Shared Service ,ER II Dept HODs and other senior officials of Eastern Region II and NTPC Kaniha.The visit included visit to under construction site of Dry Ash Evacuation & Transportation System and Coal Wagon Tripler. Shri Kishore on the occasion interacted with executives of the concerned agency and took stock of the situation, provided valuable suggestions for speedy execution of the work.With implementation of Dry Ash Evacuation & Transportation System , dry ash generation from units of the station can be directlyutilized for ashutilization whereas Coal WagonTippler will help the station in reducing real time in coal unloading resulting into increase in productivity of the power station.During the visit, Shri Kishore also interacted with representatives of union and associations and made visits to the various depts. of the station to interact with the employees to encourage them.
