MCL employees to contribute Rs 5 crore to Odisha CM Relief Fund

Employees of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) will contribute their one day salary to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to assist the relief operations being carried out by administration to recover from devastation by the Foni cyclone. The total contribution of over 22000 employees would come around Rs 5 crore.This was decided at Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) meeting chaired by the newly appointed Chairman-cum-Managing Director Mr BN Shukla.
