Jindal Steel and Power Ltd (JSPL), led by Naveen Jindal, has provided two cryogenic tanks to assist the state government in the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic.
At a recent meeting of industrialists and senior government officials in the state, the government was urged by industry to co-operate in the fight against the Covid-19 epidemic.In addition, JSPL has been supplying liquid medical oxygen (LMO) to its various states across the country since last April from its Anugul-based mega steel plant. As per the government’s guidelines, about 100 tonnes of liquid medical oxygen is being sent to various hospitals in the country every day by tanker from JSPL.
