NTPC Kaniha provides additional classrooms under CSR

Under its CSR Education initiative of enabling better education, NTPC Kaniha constructed additional classrooms at Silpanchal women’s college, Talcher, and Govt. High School, Godibandha. This initiative is expected to benefit around 500 girls. With the motive of providing better infrastructure facilities so that it aids education, NTPC Kaniha also constructed classrooms in Govt High School, which will benefit around 102 students.

While addressing the gathering on the inauguration, the then ED, Shri Ramesh Babu V , stated the importance of education for girls in achieving their goals in the future. He further emphasized the need for hard work to become successful in life.

The inauguration of the classrooms was done by, Shri Ramesh Babu V, in the presence of Shri PMGV Srinivas, AGM (HR), Shri Jakir Khan, DGM(HR), Shri Samant Ray, DGM (Civil), and Shri A.K. Das, Sr.Mgr (HR).
