In line with the up-gradation and improvement in patient care facilities at NTPC Hospital-TSTPS, a Medical Gas Pipe Line (MGPL) has been installed for uninterrupted supply of medical grade oxygen.
The Medical Gas Pipe Line (MGPL) was inaugurated by Shri Sudip Nag, Executive Director, Talcher Kaniha on 1St of July 2021. Sh.Shivam Srivastava, GM (O&M), Dr.Godabarish Mohakul, CMO, Sh.Rajnish Rastogi, GM (HR), Dr.Aprajita Mishra, Sr.Specialist (Pathology) and Dr.Madhulika Banerjee, Sr.Consultant (Anesthesiology) were also present on the occasion along with other Doctors’ and Paramedical staff of the Hospital.
The functioning of the gas pipeline and its advantage for management of COVID patients was elaborated and explained to Sh.Sudip Nag, Executive Director and all other Sr.Officials, by Dr.Madhulika Banerjee, In-charge of MGPL System.
